1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellOps ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SellOps is a product of ATLANTIC LTD STORE LIMITED. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellOps is a business management platform for TikTok Shop agencies that provides:

  • Revenue tracking and financial reporting
  • Creator management and performance tracking
  • Invoice generation and management
  • Payroll processing and management
  • Etsy automation and AI-powered tools

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. TikTok API Usage

When using SellOps with TikTok Shop API integration:

  • You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement
  • You authorize SellOps to access your TikTok Shop data on your behalf
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the TikTok accounts you connect
  • You must not use SellOps to violate TikTok's platform policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

6. Subscription & Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SellOps. We do not claim ownership of your business data, creator data, or financial records. We process this data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

SellOps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be disabled
  • You may request an export of your data within 30 days
  • After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
